HistoryPioneer Spirits: The Story So Far Our journey toward becoming a legal distillery began in 2004 with a dream among friends. Not long after we got serious about the idea we found and purchased a used Bohemian Mono-Bloc II from a local brewery which saved us a lot of shipping expenses. At the same time we purchased a 10 bbl stainless steel fermenter. Here's a photo of the Mono-Bloc II and fermenter already loaded on the tractor trailer.  |
